GatekeeperQA Pro
$19.99 USD/month or $191.00 USD/year. Save $48.88 (about 20.4%) with yearly billing.
One user, three website origins, up to 25 distinct monitored pages and three weekly schedules. HTTP and HTTPS origins and subdomains count separately. Both billing options include the same features. Website slots reset with each monthly scan allowance.
Scan allowance
300 page scans refreshed monthly, shared by scheduled scans and manual rescans. Annual plans receive 300 scans each month, not 3,600 upfront. Allowances refresh on the subscription anniversary day (or the last day of shorter months). A batch of 25 pages uses 25 scans. No rollover, automatic overage purchases or extra scan charges. Failed pages restore your personal scan allowance; service safety limits still count attempts. Pro uses capacity separate from the free pool. Concurrent scans may queue. Slow batches stop starting new pages after 12 minutes; unscanned pages are marked incomplete and their personal scan allowance is restored. Retry those pages in a smaller batch.
Reports and review
New Pro reports retain the latest 2,000 reports for up to 180 days. Existing reports keep their original expiry. Downloaded files do not expire. Cancellation does not immediately delete previously saved Pro reports; they remain until their original expiry or user deletion. New Free reports follow Free retention limits.
Manual-review notes, evidence exports and comparisons support human testing. Newly detected, recurring and no-longer-detected findings require verification. Automated scans do not certify compliance, and human testing or human-reviewed VPAT/ACR services are not included.
Weekly monitoring and emails
Choose a saved test set and explicitly confirm ongoing scan permission. Runs may begin within an hour of the selected time. A changed page list invalidates that schedule until recreated. Missed, quota-blocked or capacity-blocked runs are skipped until the following week with an account alert. Optional emails contain a brief summary and a sign-in link, delivered through Resend. Turn emails off in your account. Recurring-location history is limited to the latest 500 recorded locations within 180 days for a comparable schedule.
Billing and cancellation
Choose renewal at $19.99 USD each month or $191.00 USD each year, charged upfront for the selected period. Stripe handles payment information. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing. Access continues to the end of the verified paid period; unsuccessful renewal does not extend access. For billing errors, refund requests or service problems, contact support@gatekeeperqa.com.
